Come;
let’s live something together
but not just a life.
If it must be life,
then let’s do something more than merely live.
Let you and I become
something new to each other—
a form unknown, unimagined.
That way, let’s craft something new.
You bear a luminous shadow
or pluck some shards light from the darkest dark—
not dawn, not dusk;
but something beyond them.
I shall raise a hidden expression
or stir some silent storms
to shape something out of nothing
to offer the world, right here.
I might call forth a river of
expressed silence, or
pile up a mountain of visible dreams.
Whatever exists is already there;
let’s create something beyond it.
Let’s do something new.
We could create flowers of flame,
but they’ve already bloomed;
we could make stones sprout,
but they have already spiked;
we could leave things unwritten,
but they are already inscribed.
Come!
Let’s do something formless,
intangible, invisible—
beyond the reach of human experience.
Let’s create something
entirely new.
We could forge a god of this sort
or construct a kind of power,
but they’ve both been made before.
Let’s do something,
let us bring forth something new
that has never existed.
You gather and bring home,
I shall write—
I mean, I shall do something new,
I shall something something new,
I something something something new,
I something something something something!
This way,
let you and I
something something something something!

The Importance of Arts, Culture, The Creative Process, and how this project resonates with you.: Arts, culture, and creativity are essential to the human experience, helping us understand our emotions and fostering empathy. Without these, society would lack the warmth and compassion that define our humanity. As a creative individual, I find purpose in expressing diverse perspectives, and this project resonates deeply with me, as it amplifies voices and drives positive change; especially in today’s challenging times.
What was the inspiration for your creative work?
The complexities of life, its beauty, and its boundless potential for growth inspire my creative work. At its core, my writing aims to foster introspection, cultivate human connection, and promote greater harmony between people and the natural world.
Tell us something about the natural world that you love and don’t wish to lose. What are your thoughts on the kind of world we are leaving for the next generation? I worry that if we don’t act quickly, the delicate balance of nature will be lost. It is our responsibility to revive it to the vibrancy it once had, ensuring that future generations inherit a planet that remains truly natural. To protect the environment, we must limit our actions to the essentials, as we’ve been overshooting the planet’s resources for the last half-century. Living in a home surrounded by trees and a garden where birds sing from dawn, I deeply value the harmony between humans and nature and hope to preserve it for the future.
